Inside The Shop
In 1997, David Wolfe opened Wolfe Editions in the Bakery Studio Building in Portland. Maine. Since then, the shop has had scores of workshops, printed dozens of published works, and produced innumerable fine print editions. The shop has always had an open door policy to encourage discussion, education, and collaboration.
The shop is not a museum. Although most of the equipment is old, we use all the machines at various points in production.
